These are a couple half niqabs I made. They are each in velvet with a piece of decorative ribbon. I will be posting them soon in my store. The hijab is also for sale. It has added embellishments and it is actually sewn into the underscarf making it about the easiest hijab ever. You simply put it on and that is it, khalas. No messing around with pins or nothing. I thought of this idea because I loved wearing abay in the gulf and the lovely shaylas. However, I find pins really annoying. I also honestly readjusted my hijab about 29 times a day. I also know most of the gulf women were messing around with theirs scarves all day too. I will still wear hijab without pins but I wanted to solve this problem of making a chiffon scarf sewn to the underscarf. Since I am so girly, I couldn't help myself and had to add a little harakat.
I have started sewing these items to fill a gap I see in the market for 1) unique items that are custom 2) hijabs that are lovely, ornate and will never fall off, never need pins, but still look luxurious.
